Weekly quality Inspection ( once a week ) to subcontractor that are being usedby the factories.f. Conduct daily rounds for quality check in the morning from Cutting up to FGWarehouse as follow up in compliance to Puma WC quality standard.• PRODUCTION & DELIVERY : Shall be responsible for the delivery performance of my assignedFactories in ensuring 100% on time delivery.a. Ensures factory loading plan are workable thru weekly review of the CapacityPlanning Report (CPR).b. Monitors /review Daily Production report and coordinate with factory anyDeviation from projected planc. Shall ensure on time and accurate correspondence between the source factory and Puma Shipping Team and Planning Group.• Commercialization & Engineering :a. Regularly attends PTR to ensure that all product or article has no problemDuring actual production.• Human Rights Production Stds. :a. Assists in monitoring Puma SAFE programs and ensure that my assignedFactories are adhering to all the SAFE requirements.• Component & Toolinga. Coordinates with Costing & Tooling team for tooling transfer in/out to/from Indonesiab. Evaluate additional tooling request from T1 prior to final checking and decision from costing & tooling team in VNc. Coordinates with T1 for component order received, and support other Puma factory who need specification review or color matching

- Responsible in tracking and reviewing Puma factories' performance through the KPI- Checking and analyzing factories production planning- Handling Tooling and Component- Continuing to support PACE- Continuing to handle office administrative

- Assisting branch manager to prepare branch weekly, monthly and yearly reports- Supporting HR role in Indo branch, and ensuring tax & BPJS paid on time.- Involve in PUMA's Approach to Continuous Efficiency (PACE) such as line certification and 6S audit.- Responsible for branch budget preparation- Preparing monthly branch finance report- Supporting administrative reports to HR (employee annual leave, office database, and medical insurance)- Handling and consolidating production reports for Indo branch (capacity planning report, production output summary, defect ratio, inspection report, etc)
