You might have recognized Mitch from the stages of Kansas City's Starlight Theater (pictured above), the worship stage at Heartland Community Church in Olathe, or the numerous appearances on the field at Kaufman Stadium. Mitch's interpreting career has been going strong for over 20 years.Mitch has interpreted in virtually every realm of the interpreter field including, but not limited to educational settings (elementary, secondary and post-secondary), legal settings, mental health, medical, corporate, manufacturing, video relay, theater, and concerts. He has even been seen on local and national television broadcasts.Some of his career highlights include interpreting for President George W. Bush, President Barrack Obama, Sir Elton John, The Backstreet Boys, Zig Ziglar, Rudy Giuliani, Melissa Gilbert, Olympia Dukakis, Avril Lavigne, Lou Diamond Phillips, American Idol's Ace Young and Diana DeGarmo, and the cast of High School Musical just to name a few. Although Mitch's interpreting resume is extensive, he has also "dipped his hands"​ into other fields as well. He was a licensed Realtor in the state of Kansas, doing real estate primarily with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community for several years. He has also taught in the public school system as well in the post-secondary environment in the interpreting/Sign Language field. His latest endeavors include freelance writing and weight loss coaching.It doesn't matter which "gloves" Mitch is wearing, his passion and dedication are always on display.
