• Manage over $1.8 billion in institutional assets (Endowments, Foundations, Pensions, Corporate, etc.) • Monitor and rebalance over 150 institutional portfolios, work directly with lead consultant and client to ensure the portfolio is always within investment policy guidelines • Manage cash to accommodate fees, distributions, capital calls, incoming funds, etc. • Build and maintain over 80 unique allocation models within Tamarac Trading software, work with lead consultants to ensure any new investments or model changes are reflected in the system

• Manage and train new performance analysts, review work and provide additional education when necessary to ensure accurate reporting• Onboard highly complex clients, work with lead consultant, client custodians, private equity firms, hedge fund managers and the client themselves to ensure our team has all necessary data and access to accurately report on the relationship by the first meeting • Software consulting and education, I am the in-house expert for our reporting and trading software Tamarac, portfolio managers, managing directors and department heads all come to me with questions, issues and needs regarding this software • Member of the Systems Improvement Committee, work with department heads and others to asses current and future technology products to both improve efficiency and lower costs

• Analyze and reconcile portfolio and investment performance on a monthly basis for over 125 institutional accounts • Generate, review and distribute monthly and quarterly performance reports for consultants and clients • Complete compliance reviews and fee analysis using Bloomberg Terminal and Morningstar Direct • Establish and maintain data feeds from all client custodians, work with clients and consultants to obtain feed approval, work with custodians and reporting software Envestnet Tamarac to ensure feeds are functioning and accurate

• Communicate effectively with participants of Equity Award Compensation Plans, responding to client inquiries and resolving client problems. (Company relationships include Alphabet, Johnson & Johnson, Visa, Facebook, Twitter, Cisco Systems)• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills alongside knowledge of Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), Restricted Stock, Stock Option awards and company plan restrictions on a daily basis • Multitask by communicating with two clients at once while navigating multiple internal systems• Track, maintain and present data regarding team members business development opportunities• Educate participants about their accounts and awards via email, chat and phone within a team environment• Collaborate with company representatives to create and prepare Company Guides using Microsoft Excel
