My name is Mitch, and for the last 4 years I've ran my coaching program for fathers called "Legendaddy", to help dads become the physically fit and mentally strong leaders of themselves and their families. From working with over 1000 GC dads, and talking to many more over that time, it's become abundantly clear to me that so many men are living lives that they’re either “ok with”, or desperately unhappy with, and it doesn’t have to be this way.My experience of helping men create great physical health taught me a key lesson, that just being in good shape isn't enough.How important is getting fit if you’re unhappy in your marriage? How important is getting fit if you hate your job? How important is getting fit if you don’t think your life is turning out the way you wanted it to? Don’t get me wrong being fit is always going to be better than not being fit, but being fit is just a piece of the puzzle. Having a clear idea of where we’re going in life, and feeling like we’re consistently moving towards it, building our confidence, and creating great relationships, all whilst creating and maintaining great physical health… Now that is a goal.I have a vision for my own life that I'm dedicated to creating, which includes great outcomes in all of those areas mentioned above. I know the only thing that can truly stop me from getting there is me; my fears, doubts, lack of confidence, and insecurities. So part of my journey has to include becoming the strongest, most confident, and most secure man I can be so that none of the challenges I will inevitably face can stop me.I call this, becoming Unbreakable.Off the back of this realisation my business is completely changing.Yes I still help men gain great physical fitness, but my ultimate goal is giving men the platform they need to become the kind of man who knows what he wants out of life, and has the courage to not stop until he achieves it. So the Legendaddy Program has become Unbreakable Man.A program designed to help men gain clarity on their long term goals and the vision for their life, and then to provide with the tools, attitude, and team necessary to help them develop the skill of not stopping until they win.We want to make men Unbreakable.Men aren't born, they're built.
