This has allowed me to complete goals that have a long time scale as well as experiencing team bonding as I was with the same group for all of the awards, meaning that I worked with them for four years, this will allow me to become a crucial member of a team in your business as I can work with the same people for a long time and cerate a connection with them thus making us work better and in doing so help your business thrive.I have worked in teams as part of a workforce in restaurants and other businesses as well as sports this has allowed me to gain useful and effective communicational skills that has allowed me to be a good team member as well as leadership skills and being able to work in a team efficiently and effectively.My main interest is rugby, I have played it since I was 4 and I now play for LJMU rugby union team. Rugby has taught me how to be a good team member, its taught me drive and how to communicate with my peers.
