I manage a B2B SaaS product, Legislation Online Arizona (LOLA) and two premium digital media products - the Arizona Legislative Report and Yellow Sheet Report. I also oversee the production of all special publications for the Arizona News Service. I leverage relationships with clients and vendors to ensure product success and excellence.- Oversee the redevelopment, implementation and ongoing product management of LOLA, the company’s highest-producing SaaS product (marketed to local legislative stakeholders), including the following duties:- Gather competitive insights and communicate with Bridgetower leadership to ensure product excellence-Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand the user journey and translate into product functionality- Work with a team of developers to manage LOLA’s feature backlog and prioritize requests as they come in from clients- Communicate regularly with Bridgetower product leaders and C-level executives to ensure on-the-ground implementation is aligned with the company’s vision and roadmap for the productIdentify and meet with prospective users, incorporating their feedback into product functionality and building LOLA’s user base- Serve as trusted day-to-day contact for clients and local legislative stakeholders- Manage two direct reports, including day-to-day project management and communication as well as long-term performance and career management- Produce, proofread, and maintain web pages for all of Arizona News Service’s special publications and other premium products
