In July 1990, rejoin to the company to lead the business and service departments of Panametrics Taiwan Branch. Dedicated to managing and coordinating the work of business and service departments. Until July 1991, GE acquired Panametrics, and Panametrics Taiwan branch closed. I was the only person who was rehired to join GE and continue to run Panametrics' business in Taiwan.
