Mitch's journey began on the tennis court, where he briefly played professionally and coached players of all levels. His passion for entrepreneurship emerged during this phase, culminating in the launch of his first venture, Topspin Unlimited.Mitch's fascination with the healing power of food began when his father overcame life-threatening cancer through lifestyle and dietary changes. This experience led him to invest in a natural food startup in Charleston, SC, in 2009.In 2010, Mitch took on the role of CEO at Graw Foods where he executed a nationwide expansion of the product line. Over four years, Graw Foods expanded its presence to over 1000 stores nationwide, including leading retailers like Whole Foods Market and Earth Fare.In 2014, Natalie's diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) marked a profound turning point. Not wanting to go the conventional drug route, Natalie discovered a clean eating and living protocol that changed everything. Within six months, Natalie was fully recovered with zero conventional drugs, inspiring Mitch to dedicate himself to empowering others through clean living.Mitch embarked on developing a lifestyle protocol and launched the Culinary Health Solutions (CHS) training methodology and platform with his partner from Graw Foods.In 2016, Mitch was invited to serve as CFO & COO at Healthy Human, a thriving Fortune 5000 company. Simultaneously, he continued expanding Culinary Health Solutions, training thousands of employees with live and remote training utilizing the cloud based software they created.Natalie's successful growth in the skincare industry with Love + Be Well led her to invite Mitch to join her in growing the brand. They both become known for keynote speaking, wellness panel discussions, and private coaching, offering valuable insights into clean living and eating. Mitch and Natalie recently launched their flagship Love + Be Well store in Old Town Warrenton, Virginia after 6 years as an online company selling Be Well products worldwide. Committed to health and wellness, they aim to share these principles with the Warrenton community and beyond.Raising three adult children together and caring for two lovable dogs, Charlie and Ginny, Mitch and Natalie embrace their journey of promoting health and wellness. They plan to continue expanding their online presence and additionally are planning to launch new wellness services locally for the Warrenton community.
