- Internally promoted throughout time at Crepe & Co into a supervisory role, managing up to 15 staff members at once.- Received training through Level 2 Food and Hygiene certificate.- During Dickens' and Sweeps' Festival, responsible for outside Pimm's Stall with oversight on deal which contributed to £4000 turnover.

- Collaborated alongside my team to judge and award the University of Bristol their Fairtrade University Award.- Reviewed documents provided to determine whether specific criteria were fulfilled, with liaison to an internal contact to request further evidence where criteria were unfulfilled.
