I have a strong knowledge of the research process and all aspects of program evaluation, such as designing evaluation plans, collecting data, managing large data sets, conducting statistical analyses, creating data visualizations, writing reports, and communicating results with stakeholders.My professional mission is to help district stakeholders improve program outcomes for students and campus staff members by providing them with reliable and actionable data and insights. I have mentored evaluation analysts on best practices and standards in program evaluation. I have also taught undergraduate and graduate courses in research methodology and evaluation in kinesiology at California Baptist University. My field of expertise is in kinesiology and education, and I have a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in the PsychoSocial Aspects of Sports and Exercise from the University of North Texas.
