I mentor analysts on all aspects of program evaluation, such as designing evaluation plans, collecting data, managing large data sets, conducting statistical analyses, creating data visualizations, writing reports, and communicating results with stakeholders. I have also supervised projects focused on increasing our department’s value to district stakeholders, such as transitioning from static reports to dynamic Qualtrics dashboards.
