CurrentAs the SEO for a multi-brand music education company I have built a hyper-niche SEO strategy to drive organic traffic by improving impressions and CTR. By building keyword clusters, strategies and prioritization through data, I am successful in building optimized content across multiple brands. Additionally working through the companies' histroical content (since 1998) to organize site architecture, dial in techincal SEO details and further optimize current content. Further, researching, auditing and building relationships with backlink partners is a fun way to achieve data-driven goals while also buildling relationships and community within our niche. I'm adept at project management and tracking KPI's via SEO tools like SEMrush, MOZ, Google Search Console, GA4, including identifying and solving technical SEO issues using Screaming Frog and SEMrush.As the Affiliate Program Manager, my priority is outside-the-box strategizing for affiliate activation which includes brand partnerships, collaborations, specific link placement locations, even sponsorships, eBlasts and ad buys. I am very hands-on with our entire program; all new partners are persoanlly audited, onboarded and activated by me including on-page link placement identification. Under my direction, fraud has been all but eliminated from our monthly payout operations. I am fluent in the affiliate programs Post Affiliate Pro and Impact, with familiarity in Share-A-Sale.In my Social Media Managemer role I curate a multi-level daily/weekly/monthly content calendar to align with current viral trends, past topic performance and data driven keyword research relating to our niche across multiple platforms. I ensure that all of our social media content is SEO optimized and keyword rich. I provide regular reporting of year-over-year data utilizing tools such as Meta, Meet Edgar, Planoly, Later. Additionaly I have one direct report in this role, which has honed my leadership and project management skills.
