In addition to instruction duties, I coordinated with the center owner to train new instructors, manage current instructor work schedules, and ensure instructors were effectively teaching students. I assessed students and assigned individualized learning plans to actuate effective learning as well as cataloged student progression through these plans. In addition, I enrolled new students by making sales calls and performing assessments on potential students, managed billing of new enrollments, and performed courtesy calls to ensure satisfaction of current clients.
