I am the first Service Engineer for their Vacuum and Pump Division and have helped with the launch of the service team.• Manage multi system industrial vacuum systems and machinery for all clients in North America, ensuring the seamless and continued operation for over 500 clients.• Completion of several Engineering courses and review of service manuals resulting in Service of industrial-sized systems and machinery, providing regular and preventative maintenance (oil changes, parts replacement, & systems troubleshooting and diagnostics) for over 1000 machines and resulting in over 100 full system rebuilds. (Including high voltage and high horse power electric motors, gaskets, valves, sensors, elements, filters, coils, gears, couplers, springs, pistons, piping, plumbing).• Review electrical schematics, resulting in the successful installation and repair of over 1000 complex high voltage (460 volt) control systems. Including PLCs, Bacnet, modbus, HMIs, Converters, transformers, wiring, digital inputs, CAN communication, disconnects).• Build relationships with over 500 clients to sell service contracts, parts, and multi machine systems resulting in over 500,000 dollars in revenue.● Maintain and manage a working inventory log, resulting in the upkeep of over 2,000 parts.● Manage travel itineraries, resulting in the coordination of flight schedules, car rentals, hotel bookings, and customers’ projects in up to 5 states in any given one-week period.
