I have been in the TV media industry for more than 25 years. I began my career as a television news reporter in southeastern Oklahoma for KTEN in 1993. I also worked for KETK, the NBC affiliate, in the Tyler/Longview market as field reporter and fill-in morning anchor until 1998. It was then that I launched my TV advertising sales career by moving back to my hometown of Denton. I took a job with Marcus Cable, which soon turned into Charter Communications. I have worked as an advertising and marketing consultant for the past 20 plus years, helping local businesses in North Texas increase their sales with targeted, linear TV and digital campaigns that utilize demographic, geographic and psychographic data and research.
