- Managed and worked to maintain internal employee training and the creation of study plans.
- Handled onboarding/training of new employees and assisted with off-boarding tasks of employees.
- Monitored service desk tickets to to insure they were scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
- Managed Service Desk Employees weekly schedules.
- Handled the dispatching of escalated tickets to get them to the right person the first time.
