Oversee and supervise the daily operations of an aquatic facility with over 25,000 patrons per month and a staff team of over 120. While ensuring compliance with provincial safety protocols through staff training and staff supervision. Also ensuring quality aquatics services are provided and sales are being optimized.

Teach and certify numerous first aid and lifesaving candidates on various courses needed in their journey to become a provincially recognized lifeguard and first aid expert. Educating and instilling practical lifesaving knowledge into my students is my mission, I do this through an inclusive and fun hybrid classroom/pool environment.

Created and ran a private event, backyard pool lifeguard service. Ensuring safety and supervision for large scale events like children’s birthday party’s.

Ensured the safety and well-being of children as an overnight camp counselor, while leading activities and promoting an inclusive and supportive environment.
