• Was hired into this role at the very start of the COVID-19 pandemic and was expected to fulfill the requirements inherent this role in a high-demand and unprecedented environment.• Developed a tracking system for PPE for both the Eastern and Western Divisions of AMR/ EMSA immediately upon hire as my first priority. This system ensured not only insured accurate and automatic reporting of on-hand PPE to higher levels of command, but improved the overall operation. This system flawlessly tracked the daily, weekly and monthly trending usages of our PPE supplies of our two large operations. In turn, orders needing placed were easily and automatically calculated by this system by tracking ongoing the quantities of each different type of vital pandemic related items being utilized. This practice and process not only ensured the ongoing protection of the largest group of EMS providers and patients in the state of Oklahoma, but also helped identify misuse and complacency trends, ultimately alleviating some my company’s expenses during mass shortages of PPE throughout the entire nation during this time. This process also assisted in mitigating our over-purchasing of PPE to ensure that my company was not contributing to the nation’s shortage.• Implemented the Bastille decontaminating system in the Western Division of EMSA to assist in conservation of PPE supplies as allowed by the FDA. This implementation saved the company much needed money by allowing the re-use N95 masks in the midst of the pandemic.• Was responsible for the leadership of Materials team members. Liaison to all departments for purchasing, maintenance and other general areas of support.

Determined and assigned the level of priority of calls and entered the data into a computer-aided dispatch system for radio dispatch purposes. • Monitored and operated a radio console and computer equipment to oversee our medical resources within the company’s jurisdiction, ensuring the appropriate units are being sent to the proper and highest priority incidents while simultaneously meeting the needs of the street crews, the local police department, fire department and highway patrol. • Maintained the accountability of organizational and installation property equipment valued in excess of $12,000,000 with all inventories resulting in a zero percent loss.• Tracked, ordered and dispensed the Pharmaceutical Formulary (Medications) for the entire Battalion (approximately the needs of 1,000 soldiers), including forward planning for expiration dates and forecasting needs of future operations as far as a full fiscal year into the future. • Efficiently operated the SAP Global Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-Army), the automated system used for the ordering, issuing, inventorying, assigning and accounting of organizational supplies and equipment.• Used the same automated system to ensure all pieces of organizational equipment including a fleet of ambulances, generators, trailers and Large Military Transport Vehicles were properly maintained and functional by creating interval-set service schedules, maintenance work-orders and consistently communicating with the supporting maintenance shop to ensure these services were completed.• Drastically increased the efficiency of peers and subordinates through facilitating the cross training of the specialized skills of diverse personnel. Implementation of this practice helped boost productivity, cohesion and morale in a highly demanding and often stressful environment.• Oversaw and improved upon the internal and external loss prevention program to mitigate fiscal losses and increase personnel’s responsibility for assigned equipment.
