Spent 9 weeks immersed in the headquarters of Howard Hughes Holdings, a large community developer encompassing 100,000+ acres of land and 10+ million square feet of office and retail space. I served as an associate for the National Sales & Leasing Team. Here I conducted research on corporate real estate trends and identified target rates through the analysis and calculation of various CRE metrics ranging from delinquency rates, cap rates, NOIs, etc. Constructed various powerpoints ranging from those depicting real estate office comps through the utilization of Costar and other CRE software to the research of animal and land preservation methods in an upcoming 300,000+ person city. Subsequently, I presented this research to 70+ executives, administrators, and office staff.
