In my role as General Manager, Aquatics I manage the day to day operation of the Playrope Aquatic Divsion.

In my role as Operations Manager I oversee a team of Project Managers who are charged with delivering Playrope projects within Australia and New Zealand. I leverage existing supplier relationships and relevant industry knowledge to deliver improved project GP's that are on forecasted budget and timelines. Additionally providing project support for dry sales as and when required and assisting in an overall improvement in operational processes for PlayRope.Review and manage workflows through the Ops team, allocating work and resources as and when required.I also provide a technical link between the Playrope National Sales team and our international Water play supplier.

As Project Manager for Adshel’s development department, I oversee the planning, design and implementation phases of all new assets. This consists of approximately $4 million worth of street furniture infrastructure within NSW and ACT. The role revolves around performing the following actions:Assist in Tender preparations for new development contracts/lease agreements in the OOH Advertising market Assist with creating the development plan for each tender response, with the end goal to reduce Adshel’s capital costs and increase revenueAssist in aligning the organisational vision and be able to work autonomously following the divisions current and future goals/strategies Continually refining the organisations systems and processes to become more efficient and allowing for cross departmental collaborationManaging the development projects by gaining approval of assets through DA submissions and adhering to each clients’ requirements for approval, ensuring Australian Standards and Accessibility Compliance is met and referring to required specialist consultants if requiredBe instrumental in Adshel’s digital progression and implementation into the rail/roadside environment.Manage a team of subcontractors, ensuring best practices are upheld and the highest quality standards are adhered toImplementation of newly refined Work, Health and Safety procedures, including all required inductions, regular inspections both internally and externally of all workplaces, construction sites, and plant/equipmentBuild credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels. Including regular updates to the Board and also the coordination of up to five internal development /operations staff

In my position as Project Executive at Town & Park furniture, I was responsible for the on time and on budget delivery of all T&P projects nationwide.This included;- Consulting with a number of internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver the best results for the T&P business- Procurement and rolling stock control of over $180,000 worth of assets per month- Logistics management and SLA negotiation - Product development and fabrication management - Take custom projects from concept through to completion at the highest possible standard
