The focus as Account Manager at SEO Design Chicago is to work with clients whose mission is to establish effective marketing campaigns through various outlets. This includes management of websites and social media platforms. My emphasis on constant client communication ensures that all goals are being met. Once plans have been implemented they are closely analyzed and modified when necessary. I pay close attention to quality graphic design, targeted marketing plans and data analysis to guarantee that our clients' online presence fuels their success.

At Frozen Fire I assist in all aspects of digital marketing account management for multiple clients. This includes content creation, social media management, and monthly reporting. This involves the use of project management software, staying in constant contact with clients, and working within Wordpress, Hootsuite, Canva, and more.

For ReleafCBD I managed multiple social media channels for an emerging company in a competitive market. I effectively employed high quality images and engaging written content to gain as much attention from customers as possible. As the Community Manager for illumie, I'm responsible for management of social properties. This involves responding to comments, questions and concerns, as well as proactively engaging and establishing relationships with users. Working in a managment role at Chillin' n Grillin' has given me great insight into building a small business from the ground up. We managed to successfully introduce a new concept in a medium sized city. As a small pop-up restaurant we would always strive to make our mark by providing customers with high quality, locally sourced meals accompanied by quick and friendly service. I worked at all levels including: logistics, preparation, public relations, and finances.

I spent four winters sharing my love of skiing with hundreds of students at Copper Mountain Resort. At age 12 I wrote for a class assignment that my dream job would be working at Copper Mountain, so this experience truly has been a dream come true. Each day I have been able to work in what has always been one of my favorite places in the world. One of my favorite parts of the job has been working with a positive minded team. Instructing allowed me to lead groups of varying ages and skill levels from all over the world, making sure that they had the best day possible

As the Music Editor at Pork & Mead I was able to utilize my passion for new and emerging artists to help build a new publication and gain great insight into the inner workings of the music industry. While continuing to produce my own articles I also managed a team of writers and chose artists and subjects to be covered. Some of my most valuable experience came through building relationships with PR firms, booking agencies, and artists themselves by learning how our media could assist them further their goals. I collaborated with Warner Brothers Records, Big Hassle Media, Magnum PR, Pitch Perfect PR, The Agency Group, and several others. I worked with local businesses to create promotions that will bring in new customers. This position built up confidence in my sales skills by working with business owners and figuring out ways to build a mutually beneficial relationship. I was also given the new experience of working mostly on my own and being a self-starter. Unexpectedly, I was given the chance to witness the inner workings of an organization that was mismanaged, outmatched by competition, and would eventually cease to exist.

My time at Polyvinyl gave me the chance to observe the necessary tasks to keep an independent label successful and cutting edge in a very competitive environment. I gained an introduction to the label environment by dealing with customer service issues, organizing inventory, shipping orders, and providing input on sales and promotions. I was lucky enough to witness the positive response to Polyvinyl being one of the first labels to include a free download with a vinyl purchase. My main endeavor at Polyvinyl was uploading the label's back catalog to online markets where they were previously unavailable.

I learned how to accommodate individual needs while organizing plans for a large group. I managed a ski trip from Illinois to Colorado including promotion, registration, transportation,and lodging for over 200 students. I dealt with various companies and addressed unexpected issues to ensure that all participants had a great trip.
