One of the most important skills I have honed in my customer service career is the ability to communicate effectively with others. This includes both verbal and written communication, as well as active listening. As a customer service representative, I have had to handle a wide range of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. By actively listening to their concerns and responding in a clear and concise manner, I have been able to build strong relationships with customers and help them feel heard and valued.Another key skill I have developed is the ability to remain calm under pressure.
