I am a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Sheldon B. Lubar College of Business, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Minor in Mathematics. I am passionate about learning and applying my knowledge and skills in various areas of human resources including compensation and benefits management, training and development, data analytics, HRIS, employee and labor relations, and recruitment. From November 2023 to April 2024 I worked as a Human Resources and Recruiting Intern at Ingeteam Inc., an international leader in renewable energy and power electronics. In this role, I supported the recruitment and engagement process of both new and current employees, assisted in the interview and onboarding process of various departments, and performed attendance management audits for all non-exempt employees in the company’s HRIS system. I utilized my skills in interpersonal communication, customer relationship management, time management, and problem solving on a daily basis, while working in a diverse and dynamic environment.In addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I am also involved in music and entertainment. I have been an Assistant Choir Director at All Saints Catholic Church since July 2021, where I provide piano accompaniment and co-direct a 40-person choir during weekly rehearsals and scheduled performances. I have also been a Client Liaison and Musician at Guyton Entertainment since November 2016, where I present information to diverse groups of people, communicate logistics for events between musicians and event planners, and negotiate client needs and concerns. Through these experiences, I have developed and enhanced my skills in leadership, teamwork, creativity, and adaptability.I am eager to continue growing and expanding my horizons, and I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges that will allow me to make a positive impact in the world.
