Responsible for all building system repairs and maintenance, budgets, TI construction projects for the hotels central plant and guest rooms, I am currently managing 22 projects and updating the PM program. . Updating the emergency evacuation plans, direct my day, swing and grave shift building engineers daily assignments and work load. Continually identify energy savings measures by proposing plumbing, electrical, HVAC and building management system retrofits and upgrades.

Directly supported my Chief Engineer for all building system repairs and maintenance, new construction warranty repairs and special projects support on the campus. Provided operational support for the campus power generation system consisting of a combined 10MW Bloom Bio Reactors, PV, battery storage, and diesel generation being controlled by a Honeywell proprietary microgrid digital acquisition and control system (MDAC’s). Provided support and technical input to the automation group during the commissioning of the HVAC systems on campus. Supporting and directing a crew of 42 engineers operating 24/7. Manage PM programs, and repair work order system for the campus. Continually identify energy savings measures by proposing programming changes to the ALC HVAC and building management systems.

Budgets, safety and compliance with San Francisco codes and regulations. Manage multiple projects across the three building portfolio of 360,000 sf. Assist in commissioning and follow up warranty item management of a 186,000 ground up construction. Identify new system short falls of building systems on new building construction and work directly with GC and their sub contractors to correct problems. Create and manage PM programs for all three buildings in the portfolio. Identify and execute energy saving measures across the portfolio. Direct and train two engineers.

Support the Chief Engineer with budgets and assigning work load. Direction of engineers, training of engineers. PM and repair of HVAC equipment and over all maintenance of the multi building Intuit campus in Mountain View and Menlo Park.
