I am an FAU Marketing major graduating in the Spring of 2024 who is seeking an intern or starting position in either market research or advertisement. My goal is to leverage my current experience to help my future employer build a strong connection between them and their customers. You will find in the details that follow that my experience and skills would be an asset to any organization. My experience in building customer and business relationships includes many service and retail positions. One position in particular at Smokey Bones as a server, I generated additional food sales that averaged around $1,000 per shift. To achieve this, it was important that I preserved the good relationships built with customers over time in order to continue generating those profits. These experiences show my ability to not only understand what a customer needs, but to also create and maintain a good relationship with them. In addition to these skills, I also have an intermediate knowledge of MS office and have a deep understanding on how to use social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, etc. I am eager to apply my current skills to a new organization so they can build a good relationship with their customers and retain that customer.
