For my first term I was stationed at Bethesda North Hospital. We had three projects: CVICU Renovation, CATH Lab/ENDOSCOPY Expansion, and an 8th Floor Overbuild. I was given multiple responsibilities: - Leading Stretch and Flex. - Keeping up with Infection Control and Interim Life Safety Measures Checklists. - Updating and managing Punch List. - Tagging RFI’s to Drawings. - Management in Smaller Projects: Landscaping, hallway work, etc. - Filling in for Superintendents when they are absent or are busy: leading daily huddles, giving morning announcements, and helping trades with any issues they have. - Marking up drawings to improve logistics, reduce risk, and highlight specific needs for trades. - Surveying existing ductwork - Updating StructionSite 360 view photos every week. - Working on scheduling for the upcoming weeks. - Any miscellaneous project that is needed.For the rest of my terms, I spent my time at Good Samaritan Hospital, working mostly on the Engineering side with a few superintending responsibilities. My responsibilities included, but are not limited to:- Management of Smaller Projects: Screen Wall and Temporary Loading Dock - Creating logistic plans, completing drawing studies, and any other misc. markups for our team, our owner, subcontractors, and architect- Collecting pricing from trade partners and creating cost breakdown sheets.- Updating StructionSite 360 view photos every week and before every concrete pour- Working on scheduling for our Garage, Screen Wall and Temporary Loading Dock Projects.- Creating/Submitting RFIs and reviewing submittals- Managing the turnover of our Garage- Creating and managing ROJ Matrices- Collecting Close-Out Documents- Buyout for our Temporary Loading Dock job- Utilizing different 3D software for coordination: Sketchup, Navisworks, and Procore Models- Presenting the Engineering section in our Trade Partner Coordination Meetings
