As Chief Operating Officer, it is my job to work closely with the employees who fill our many positions within the company. I work hard to scrutinize each and every detail of our processes in order to develop more efficient and and productive techniques and to implement them in our business. We are committed to constant improvement, and my job epitomizes that goal. I oversee a variety of tasks during my day to day, from property management tasks, bookkeeping, maintenance, general office work and more. I work closely with our managing broker, Steven Sharp, in order to keep our business up to date whether it be changes in the law, or improvements in technology. It is my job to help keep Sharp Property Management, Inc. up to date and on par with the high standard of management services that we set for ourselves.

Responsible for opening new accounts as well as outreach to both new and existing customers in an attempt to grow and secure my branch. I also assist with branch marketing, team leadership, motivation, and supervision.
