Assisted in development of project strategy for the emergent docking of USS ANTEITAM (CG 54) following her January 2017 grounding. Temporarily assigned for five months of this period to assist project team to prepare USS FITZGERALD (DDG 62) for heavy lift transport to CONUS following her June 2017 collision.

Directly involved in managing complex problems and facilitating timely solutions for complex technical/engineering shipboard system casualties including replacement of an entire Main Reduction Gear (MRG) onboard USS MCCAMPBELL (DDG 85) following an explosion. Led team in creating the Engineering and Planning Process Manual, detailing the end-to-end process for planning work and resolving technical problems during work execution.

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard

Supervised 30 personnel organized into project teams to plan and execute maintenance periods for surface ships homeported in Hawaii amounting to 250K resource days of labor valued in excess of $200M. Oversaw the development and implementation of standardized work processes and best practices that drove efficiency and effective improvements

Al Jubayl, Saudi Arabia

Embedded forward deployed Engineering Advisor to the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Eastern Fleet (Arabian Sea/Persian Gulf). Facilitated the program’s role to "train, advise, and assist" defense services under U.S. Code. Provided security cooperation at the direction of the U.S. Central Command, and enhanced U.S. Assisted RSNF Ship Repair Facility (SRF) Al Jubail in all aspects of planning and executing maintenance packages for several diesel and gas turbine warships (similar to Typhoon Class). Coordinated and oversaw the execution of a $35M in Technical Support program to repair RSNF ships utilizing U.S. based contractors and military technicians. Engaged with senior foreign military officers in the development of requirements for $240M in future military equipment sales.

Qualified Docking Officer in 2008 and performed several CRUDES dockings in Yokosuka Graving Docks. Spent final 4 months in the SRF-JRMC business office as type desk officer
