Returns Specialist - Handled daily ACH returns. Processed them through a native program and sent return information to our various processors. I worked with them to ensure Intercept was funded for any returns, including payroll, tax, and billing. I also had the responsibility of ensuring internal accounts were balanced and if there were any discrepancies to investigate.Risk Analyst - I reviewed incoming ACH applications, looking at financials, background data, and other information to determine if they were a good fit for Intercept services and to minimize Intercept liability. Also helped with special projects as they were helped, as well as annual reviews on existing clients.
