I have ten years of real time experience working with students in the classroom as well as coaching sports. Through coaching I have developed a rigorous work ethic that I demand not only out of myself but my students I work with. I value creating an environment where students feel safe to engage in critical analysis of the material as well as sharing their opinions with those around them. I am easy to talk to and able to create a rapport with anyone that needs guidance or a concerned ear to listen. My calm demeanor paired with my desire to improve everyday allows for me to learn and process any situation to seek a resolution.
