I have been in the Customer Service Industry for well over twelve years. In that time I have seen almost every facet of my industry. I have been on the front lines, placing high priority on having the customer have a unique experience that is catered specifically to their needs. I have been in Management, ensuring every one of my employees performs at their best by meeting all of their expectations. I do this best by leading from the front. I regularly take the tasks of the day into my own hands, having others shadow me so that they too can learn. In time, my employees often complete the task they were assigned before I have had the chance to assign it to them.
