Assigned with maintaining extensive lead listings to collect school enrollments. This task requires constant diligence in an online chat room and over the phone, often occurring simultaneously. Each adviser is tasked with meeting monthly sales goals on several different enrollment types. Each lead is contacted via phone and email multiple times, following communication plans written by the teams admissions director. The interactions with each lead additionally require heavy use of booking appointments, instructing enrollment procedures, and coordinated with every other department in the company (Primarily Finance and Student Services). In addition to these daily tasks being in the role of Senior Admissions adviser requires additional duties like handling marketing outreach programs both conducted and written by me. There are also tasks like assisting lower level advisers meet sales goals with constant support to their weekly tasks where they are then reported to additional management for status reports.
