As a Community Health Organizer, my team and I ensure the implementation of positive policies for student wellbeing. As a USC Dornsife administrative intern, I work closely with academic advisors to provide logistical support and direction to undergraduate students seeking guidance in their career advancement, course schedules, research opportunities, and connections within Dornsife.I provide additional support to advisors by completing administrative tasks such as: answering emails and phone calls, organizing the office, greeting all office suite visitors, and working on projects such as the advising team’s social media. As an intern, I've gained knowledge about the behind the scenes work of higher education, specifically the logistics of undergraduate advising and the department’s day to day operations. I've also sharpened my communication, teamwork, and attentive skills.
