Webster Construction, LLC is a locally owned small business engaged in the acquisition, rehabilitation, restoration, and resell of residential property. I am the sole member and manager and am responsible for every aspect of decision making for the business. I evaluate properties for potential rehabilitation. I work with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, inspectors, and customers and clients to provide quality housing. I market properties and work with real estate professionals, inspectors, and other related parties, and negotiate with buyers to bring the transaction to completion. I hold a Home Improvement License with the State of Tennessee. I provide all appropriate documentation to the IRS, state, and local governments as required for the continued legal existence of the business.

As Worship Pastor I developed and led weekly worship for a medium sized congregation, working with singers, musicians, technical personnel, and pastoral staff to coordinate cohesive and meaningful presentations. I also organized and presented special community events, provided pastoral care as needed, and organized and led mission teams. I served as church liaison to a local elementary school engaging and supporting teachers, administrators, and staff. Additionally, I was the staff representative on the church Finance Team, which coordinated and developed the annual operating budget.

I worked with customers and clients to conduct real estate closings, explaining documentation, answering questions, and selling Owner's Title Insurance policies. I notarized, processed and delivered executed documents to county governments and mortgage providers.

Sharon Bruton Realty was named for its Principal Broker, to whom I was intensely loyal and with whom I worked with at the real estate offices she managed prior to opening and following the closing of her company.
