Run and maintain the industrial drier. Fill super sacks with milk powder and change them when full. Check the condense milk tank frequently to make sure you don’t run out of milk to dry. Check the drier burners every 15 min and scrape them clean to ensure re safety. Add ow agents to the ow machine as needed. When drier is shut down, it must be climbed inside of and scraped clean and all waste and debris has to be removed. High pressure pump and wands must be purged, broke down, cleaned then re-assembled to be ready for start up. Make sure certain data is recorded about production such as pounds per hour, also log in bag lot number and weight into quality control system.

After building the frame, use a drill press to make all of the dowel holes. After shutters and glued and assembled they are ready for installment.
