Responsible for the programming and executing of a $200M+ annual budget in civil works water resources planning, design, construction, operations, real estate, and regulatory functions within Illinois and Missouri and in support of the whole mid-west region. Routinely interfaced and collaborated with congressional, federal, state and local officials, and regional industry partners interested in water resource solutions. Enabled expeditionary support and disaster relief planning, training, and emergency preparedness and response to federal, state and local authorities.

Commander and Engineer Officer in Charge (CEO) forward deployed in support of Operation New Dawn/Joint Command United States Forces-Iraq (USF-I). Led and directed key actions, safety, health, welfare, and operational aspects of 200+ military, DoD civilians, contractors, and local national employees to deliver technical planning, general engineering, and construction to US Forces and our strategic partners of Iraq. Provided engineering and construction management services to United States Forces-Iraq, Office of Security Cooperation-Iraq, Department of State, and the Government of Iraq. Responsible for completing construction of approximately 95 projects with a value in excess of $734+ million of legacy reconstruction, Iraq Security Force Fund, Foreign Military Sales, and Economic Support Fund projects.
