I gained knowledge of the financial and day-to-day tasks and responsibilities associated with a premier real estate company.- Conceived financial spreadsheets and forecasts for a multitude of different properties and groups of properties in Microsoft Excel and Argus.- Reviewed and documented changes in properties including but not limited to rent increases/decreases, tenant alterations, and shopping center updates/upgrades.- Evaluated new property acquisitions through the use of offering memorandums, the NOI (Net Operating Income) of the property, and self-calculated potential capitalization rates.
