As the Director of Operations & Lease Administration, Cindy is responsible for managing the daily activities of the legacy entity Jackson Cooksey, now known as Newmark Knight Frank, both on a strategic and operational level with executive responsibility for key service functions including sourcing and procurement, information technology, talent recruitment and management, and corporate communications.Joining Jackson Cooksey in 1995 Cindy offers over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate operations and lease administration, having an integral leadership role within Jackson Cooksey, managing the facility needs of all offices, as well as developing relationships with new clients. By establishing consistent business processes and operational metrics across the company, Cindy has been able to provide a sound business foundation allowing the firm to collaborate with clients to meet their immediate and long-term goals while fostering mutual growth opportunities. With a dedicated work ethic and ability to obtain results, Cindy is able to see the big picture and execute at a tactical level working closely with colleagues, brokers and clients.Cindy was solely responsible for designing one of the first web-based lease management programs which led to the creation of Maverick LTS, Inc., a division of Jackson Cooksey. Currently Cindy and her team manage thousands of owned and leased locations in over 90 countries. Her comprehensive knowledge of various systems, and the ability to effectively communicate with international regional leads, allows the team to provide best-in-class comprehensive lease management services to the firm’s clients.
