As the first official social media employee at FRHI, I have had the pleasure of building the social media strategy from the ground up for the three global hospitality brands that comprise FRHI. At first it was about Facebook pages and Twitter, now its about online reputation management, digital content creation, measuring exposure, monitoring sentiment, buying ads, engaging and creating award-winning social media campaigns. I manage the SM strategy and execution for three global luxury hotel brands, as well as support all of the hotel regions and properties (100+) by providing guidelines and SOPs for navigating the ever-changing arena of social media. And of course I also balance budgets, manage agencies, and do lots of fancy reports in between.

Director of Custom Resort Publications for high-end, luxury hotel brands. I created large marketing pieces, in the form of in-room magazines, to be used in every hotel room through out the year. I worked directly with the resort's PR team and general manager to deliver a great product, on time, every time. My clients included: Arizona Biltmore Resort, Westin Kierland Resort, Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort, five JW Marriott resorts in Arizona, California and Nevada, the Hotel Del Coronado, La Quinta Resort and Spa, the Boulders Resort, Pointe Hilton Hotels.

Editor in Chief for Arizona's top luxury lifestyle magazine, serving the Valley for over a decade. In our glossy, colorful magazine, we cover everything from beauty and style to interior design and travel.My role was to make sure that the magazine was produced perfecty each month, meaning great editorial, no spelling mistakes, incredible style and design and content that our readership would come back for again and again. I managed 3-5 people on our editorial team, met all deadlines and attended industry functions as the "face" of the magazine. Branding, marketing and advertorial tasks also fell into this role, as I was required to create and sign off on most marketing campaigns, internal communications and external marketing efforts.
