Exercise Planner in the G37 Exercise Branch of a forward deployed field Army Headquarters (HQ). Responsible for planning, coordinating, and writing exercise directives and orders to execute 8th Army (8A) roles and responsibilities supporting USPACOM/CFC/USFK andUSARPAC exercise programs. Develops, facilitates, and leads multi-functional Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) to synchronize 8A andMajor Subordinate Commands (MSCs) staff planning through the Joint Exercise Life Cycle. Schedules exercise related activities with higher, adjacent, subordinate HQs. Approves and records exercise fund expenditures (approximately $700,000 per exercise) in support of assignedexercises. Provides sound advice to senior leaders on operational planning, programs, policies, and procedures in accordance with higher exercise mission directives. Key planner for CCPT 20-1, 20-2, and Warfighter. Represents 8A during CFC exercise planning conferences and provides valuable feedback to USFK and higher headquarters elements.

Trains, mentors, professionally develops and ensures welfare of two Non-Commissioned Officers.Exercises supervisory responsibility for the accountability and maintenance of equipment, facilities and property worth over $1,600,000. Serves as OIC for Arms Room, CBRN, Physical Security, Safety, Maintenance, and Training Management. Serves as the ammunition manager, Battalion Public Affairs Officer, assistant Battalion History Officer, and alternate supervisor for the Command Supply Discipline Program, Fire Warden, Information Security, and Key Control. Provide administrative control support to the Battalion Headquarters of 19Solders.

Platoon Leader for a Corps level Multi-Role Bridge Company (MRBC) assigned to the 5th Engineer Battalion, 36th Engineer Brigade. Responsible for the training, sustainment, morale, health, welfare, and combat readiness for 12 NCOs, 40 Soldiers and their families. Ensuresthe readiness and accountability of two Light Medium Tactical Vehicles (LMTVs), four High Mobility Multi-Purpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWVs), one Dozer (D7R), one Forward Repair System (FRS), five Generators, four Interim High-Mobility Engineer Excavator(IHMEE), one Shop Equipment Auto Vehicle, two Fuelers, two Wreckers, one Cargo Wrecker M1075, two 3/4 Ton Cargo high mobility trailers, and numerous sets and kits totaling in excess of $8M. Plans, executes, and supervises the Platoon's training program to focus on wartime functions and MOS competencies. Ensures integration of sustainment capabilities into all bridging operations.
