As a seasoned, passionate insurance professional, I am known as one who puts others first. I oversee all aspects of my client's personal insurance portfolios, working with clients directly and managing a team to help serve them more completely. Although I wear numerous hats, I am first and foremost, an advocate for my clients!A unique characteristic of my career is that I have worked in insurance on both sides of the fence. My understanding of insurance programs from the carrier's perspective as well as that of the broker allows my staff and me to place our customers with the right provider, the first time. During my tenure, I have served on numerous Agent Advisory Boards in order to help influence policy for companies such as Fireman's Fund, Chubb Insurance, Indiana Insurance, and Atlantic Mutual. In 2010, I was asked to take on the roles of Operations Director and IT Manager because of my problem-solving and "get things done" strengths. On a daily basis, I keep all systems running smoothly.
