I began my Parker journey on the commercial fuel side of the business. I have been promoted to become a fuel military planner, as well as training for the aftermarket/repairs side of the business. On top of planning for fuel military and working with customers such as Sikorsky, Northrop, Boeing, and Lockheed, I was given another product line to plan for. I am planning for our commercial FMU units, where we ave a dedicated cell that specifically manufactures this product and several of its subassemblies. This has been a great project because I have complete control of the entire product line and have started implementing some changes to make this program more cost effective and to increase our profits.

• Execute and manage schedules of production lines for 4 product families and 2 component manufacturing areas. • Responsible for making immediate decisions providing effective problem solving solutions. This results in resolutions for all finished product process orders, meeting scheduling requirements. • Backup to our Master Scheduler and provide senior level team with KPI’s to evaluate our performance including; schedule attainment, POV, customer service levels, etc.• Analyze capacities for the factory and identify constraints. Work with management to analyze and develop plans and recommendations to address bottlenecks.• For Make-To-Order products, process customer orders, acknowledge customer requirements and make delivery commitments.• Extensive use of SAP and transactions pertaining to scheduling, planning, procurement, receiving, raw materials, and finished product inventory levels.• Create a sophisticated production plan that manages the inventory levels, in conjunction with sales, marketing, demand, procurement and capacity constrained lines.• Assist and support Master Scheduler in preparing our unit totals along with forecast information for S&OP meetings with board members.• Manage inventory of sub-assemblies, WIP and finished goods and develop plans to maintain inventory targets.• Develop procurement strategies for outsourcing and new supplier validation activities by reviewing cost and product, in-house mfg versus outsourcing benefits.• Present to management the results of my findings and cost savings of outsourcing some of our component manufacturing.
