Navigated a team of eight mechanical engineers from concept exploration to product delivery as Mechanical Section Technical Lead during design and development of UAS Advanced Programs. Responsible for direct oversight, tasking, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration. Defined subsystem architecture and design requirements, verification plans, trade studies, and risk mitigations. Performed requirements-driven composite part, tooling, and subsystem design, prototype, and documentation. Performed fabrication, assembly, integration, Development/Operational Test & Evaluation (DTE/OTE); wrote assembly procedures for transition to Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) in an ISO 9001 / AS9100 facility.

Served as engineering liaison between designers and shop technicians for the hybrid hydrogen electric Global Observer High Altitude Long Endurance (HALE) UAS. Responsible for interpreting technical drawings, communicating the design intent to fabricators, documenting the as-built configuration, communicating and securing approval of deviations. Wrote fabrication and assembly procedures for large composite structures; collaborated with quality assurance to ensure compliance, established best practices and trained shop personnel.

Systems and flight test engineer for the optionally piloted composite powered sailplane, Owl Ultralight Sensor Platform (ULSP). Responsible for engineering design, integration, testing, and documentation of electro-mechanical subsystems. Flight test engineer responsible for flight planning, HIL simulation, data reduction, and performance analysis. Wrote ground operating procedures and test reports.
