It will span the fourteen years between the accident, transplant and after, detailing physical and emotional changes through it all. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Also the beauty in becoming a better person because of a very tragic event and a very amazing gift.

A place for insomniacs to come to on sleepless nights, swap ideas for sleep aids and natural remedies. I have done a lot of research on many all natural supplements like GABA, 5-HTP, L-theanine, L-tryptophan, and many more. I have helped many find that good nights sleep or kept them laughing when they can't. I also have a great team of admins that help out when I get busy writing, without them TIC would be a long lost idea I came up with on a sleepless night . Together as a team we do a great job at helping people get that much needed sleep or keeping them company when they can't. I have met a lot of amazing people from all over the world, some with amazing stories to tell too, as well as medical miracles like myself. Beating the odds and ending up with insomnia the same way I did. One of my admins has her own medical story and her strive to be able to walk again. Amazing what one night of being frustrated with not sleeping, watching The Breakfast Club, and making a page on FB brought into my life! My admins and my fellow Insomniacs have been a great group of people to have around, open up to, and joke around with on many nights!

Jumping out of airplanes and shooting airplanes down - 14s Air Defense Artillery - 82nd Airborne. All American, All the Way! HooAH!Running and a lot of exercise! I never saw combat but I would reenlist if I wasn't disabled and would have in 2001 'if' the accident never happened. It was a great experience in life, that's for sure! I still regret not going Ranger but if I had, I wouldn't have been in the truck that night to save a young women's life.
