🎯 HOW I LEAD I believe that leadership is all about elevating others to do what you can't by giving them a shared sense of purpose and trust. Throughout my internships and work experiences, I've found that the best results come from collaborative environments where everyone feels comfortable and safe to provide ideas without fear or consequence. These diverse experiences have provided me with a versatile skill set, from time management in fast-paced environments to implementing marketing strategies and enhancing customer experiences. Importantly, I've honed my skills in social media marketing, market research, and logistics planning, learning to adapt and deliver under varying conditions. 🎯 MY CAREER GOAL As I look toward the future, I aim to bring my passion for marketing, analytics, and team collaboration to a dynamic company where I can contribute meaningfully. I'm particularly interested in roles that allow me to apply my skills and creativity in digital marketing to understand where consumers are coming from and understand their "why". I believe this gives me the ability to connect their needs with solutions through Marketing.🎯 WHAT I AM DOING TO GROW PROFESSIONALLYCurrently, I am doing my best to learn and gain valuable skills outside of what I am learning in the classroom and through my internship. I am currently reading "Start With Why" by Simon Sinek, one of my favorite authors and speakers on leadership and business. Additionally, I am currently enrolled in a Content Marketing Certification course through HubSpot that I know will provide me with additional skills and insights that I can bring to my future career.
