Charged with hiring, firing, and training new consultants for our firm, in addition to building and managing my own personal book of business. In 1999 Coach Herrick was hired to rebuild ice hockey program at Illinois State University, and in doing so, recaptured three successful seasons as the Head Coach and General Manager of the Redbirds. Coach Herrick’s experience and philosophies lead his team to both third and second place finishes in the MACHA tournament for the 2001 and 2002 seasons, earning the squad playoff status for the first time in seven years.
