I am a driven mentor/counselor. I enjoy winning, leading and being part of a team. I am blessed to have competed at the highest level academically and athletically. I feel I have a well rounded work background because my past work experience include a variety of fields ;custodial, food preparation, telemarketing and warehouse management and operations. Having Compiled these experiences before 23. I feel I have the tools to help anyone be succesful. Also having a successful career as a professional athlete has given me a big picture view of what hard work is all about ; hard work , no excuses and winning/reaching a goal. Very few employees under 25 know the value of having a plan as well as the importance of punctuality and execution.Over the years I have developed a passion for coaching and teaching;any sport. I have spent enough time in the community mastering the group setting and student behavior at all levels of education. I always try to make projects and jobs enjoyable, creative and productive for those I work with.
