CurrentDirecting, Leading, Organizing and Coordinating Research and Development efforts of multicultural research teams providing focus to individual team members, report results and risks to management and respond to team needs. Support management of departmental policies according to the current Design Control Process. Set goals and targets and establish apt timetables to ensure Research efforts by team members coincide with these timetables. Facilitates and coordinate all inter and intra departmental inquiries on time.Design and implement research and development projects by executing advanced analytical techniques to extend scientific theories in innovative research projects and utilizing diverse knowledge of scientific research principles, practices and protocols in research projects.Recommend and summarize research activities as basis for strategic decisions to translate company’s vision into successful Non Destructive Testing (NDT) products.
