My role as a Senior CX Program Manager at Sonos is dedicated to implementing CX strategy, process, reporting mechanisms, and technologies to support new products and software experiences. I work with all functions across our CX organization and cross-functionally with our partners in the product and marketing teams to bring a customer-first mindset to the design and launch of new products. Most recently, I’ve implemented support strategies for Era 100, Era 300, Move 2, and the latest line of Ikea Symfonisk products.

As a Senior Web Editor at Sonos, I was responsible for the Sonos Support web experience and maintaining a knowledge base of self-help content used by an average of 2 million Sonos users a month. I led site development projects to implement new site designs, user experiences, and content strategies. I created the team's content production and publishing process and managed the team's inputs and outputs as the workstream owner.
