Self-learning has been a constant in my life. When I decided to learn English and I started studying online on my own at home, I saw I could do the same to almost everything I wanted to learn. After my graduation, and a failed attempt to break into the Business Management & Foreign Trade world, I decided to give web development a chance and I’m glad I did it. I started learning web development at the beginning of 2018 and hadn’t stopped since then. I got myself deeply interested in Javascript and web/mobile development in general, as I could finally understand how things on the Internet work. I like building stuff using libraries and frameworks such as React and Next.js, and in the past months, I could finally start dealing with back-end stuff after learning Node.js.I enjoy the teamwork aspect of web development: I see myself delivering better results when I’m in contact with people sharing the same goals as me.I worked with Sauvara for 2 years, building and maintaining a management system and web app for a client based in the US. it was the first I dealt with the Agile framework and its tools. I learned how to work remotely, be productive, and how to better organize my time.Currently, I'm working with Apto, a real estate advertising platform in Brazil for brand-new properties, aimed at building companies and brokers. I'm part of the front-end team, developing and maintaining features for their main website.
