As Business Head of INTERIOR ENERGY, I worked closely with the investor in setting up the company focussed on Office furniture, Commercial interior products and commercial furniture starting with setting up a sales and operations team and eventually the manufacturing facilities for own branded products that would be supplied across Kerala. Taking complete ownership of running the organisation and responsibility for P&L as well as growth, I have been able to consistently deliver results above expectations building the company in to a reputed brand in the industry and market. As Asst. Sales Manager for Office Interior projects, I worked with top clients in TECOM, KNOWLEDGE VILLAGE, ACADEMIC CITY, DUBAI HEALTHCARE CITY and so on to secure commercial interior contracts for the organisation. During this period, I secured advanced training in office furniture, system furniture, demountable partitions, seatings and so from various factories of international repute based in Italy, Malaysia, Thailand etc. Starting from securing prospects I was involved directly in inputs to the design team and coordination with the end client to finalise designs, preparation of Bill of material and proposals, negotiating and securing the final contract as well as on site involvement for a smooth execution. Some key projects and accounts I handled during this tenure include offices and premises for MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY (Over 80000 Sq ft), MERCK, HEAD OFFICE OF DUBAI ACADEMIC CITY, MASHREQ BANK, IMT and so on. Further managing a sales team, I was continuously able to deliver well above annual sales targets. In my role, I have worked very closely with corporate heads, facility managers, govt departments, universities and so on and have an extensive experience in securing such contracts

In this role, I managed key accounts for the organisation securing office furniture and commercial interior contracts in TECOM and other commercial free zones in dubai, Working with real estate specialists and facility managers, my job involved securing project supply and contracts across a wide spectrum of commercial organisations whilst continuously achieving orgn set targets

After securing training in office furniture and commercial interiors, these two critical years were focused on securing key accounts and projects in Dubai's various free zones, setting my further success in this area as I progressed through the ranks in the organisation
